Participate in STEM activities at CLC
The College of Lake County has a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Program that is open to anyone interested in attending.
Set aside the second Thursday evening of each month to explore a wide range of topics including engineering, climate change, robotics, epidemiology, computer science and an overall understanding of STEM opportunities. Here’s some upcoming examples:
On Thursday, Oct 16, they will hold an Engineering Night – “Explore your College and Career Opportunities.”
On Nov 13, the topic is “Global Climate Change: The Vital Signs of the Planet.”
All sessions are held are the Grayslake Campus, Room C005 (C Wing Auditorium). Presentations begin at 6:30 p.m.
