In February, Troop 96 is headed to Granite Peak, the tallest ski area in the Midwest. Millions of dollars have been spent on high speed chairlifts, terrain parks and snow making equipment to make this a premier skiing destination. We will leave Friday, February 12th For Mauston, WI where we will stay in a cabin. Saturday morning we will drive to Granite Peak for a full day of skiing. In the evening, we will return to the cabin to share stories and to prepare for another great day of skiing. On our way home Sunday, we will stop at another highly rated ski area - Devil’s Head. Both resorts are well suited for a variety of skill levels and beginners are welcome. Monday is a national holiday and we will all get a chance to recover. Troop 96 ski trips have always been fun, but this is one is sure to be the best ever!
