Matthew had his Eagle Board of Review tonight and after an extensive interview, he is Troop 96’s newest Eagle Scout. #87. He is NEIC’s last Eagle Scout of the year.
The North Star District Eagle Board of Review gathered to review Ethan for the rank of Eagle Scout. The Board reviewed his credentials and had a long discussion with him. The Board found his credentials complete. They agreed: Ethan B. Is our newest Eagle Scout. #86 for Troop 96.
Nolan B. met with the North Star District’s Eagle Scout Board of Review and after an extensive interview plus a detailed review of all of his Scouting credentials and rank requirements, the Board unanimously approved Nolan as our troop’s newest Eagle Scouts! Well done!
Nolan becomes the 85th Scout from Troop 96 to attain the rank of Eagle Scout.
Get ready for our 25th Annual Webelos Campout on November 10th and 11th at Camp OH-Da-Ko-Ta in Burlington, WI. We have a great weekend planned. We cap it off on Saturday night we will have our amazing Thanksgiving Feast followed by a campfire where the 2018 Iron Chef Patrol will be crowned. Don’t forget to bring your recipes ideas to the campout planning Troop Meeting on Monday. Remember you will need two desserts. One of which the Webelos will make. Get your whole patrol together and attend this great June outing. You will be roller luging overlooking the mighty Mississippi River and campaign in one of the most beautiful camps in Illinois.

The permission slip and campout food money ($15 cash) are due on Monday, June 11 at the troop meeting. (Exceptions cannot be made for late permission slips.)

Our annual Spaghetti Dinner is here! This Saturday, we will be serving a delicious dinner from 4-7 pm. Some Scouts are assigned to set up beginning at 3 pm, others work the dinner itself, while another group will clean up from 7-8 pm.
Scouts should be in uniform and be sure to wear a hat, too.

All Scouts are asked to bring a dessert for our dessert table. Please bring enough for 24 servings of “store bought, non-refrigerated” goodies.
We had a great time on the March Rollerskating campout. We spend Friday night locked-in at the McHenry Roller rink and Saturday camping out at Van Patten Woods. Saturday was cool, but all the scouts old and new did great. Here is a video and some photos from the campout.
